One Last Gigantic Push everybody to Remove waste Energy from Maryland RPS
The last day of the legislative session is on Monday and we need your help one more time! Senate Bill 282 was passed by the Senate this morning and it was amended to remove trash incineration from the state’s renewable energy mandate! The phase out of trash incineration was one of the provisions of the Clean Energy Jobs Act of 2018 that we fought hard for starting this summer and through this legislative session.
