Rally TOMORROW to oppose nomination of Kavanaugh

Please attend the rally and share this post.  Note the despicable behavior by Trump making fun of a sexual assault survivor – New York Times article.  Despicable!

From the ACLU:

HE IS UNFIT TO SERVE

Judge Brett Kavanaugh should not be confirmed to the Supreme Court. Period. We have the power to stop him from being confirmed to our nation’s highest court, but we can’t give senators a moment’s peace.

As part of a nationwide day of action, activists, concerned citizens, and organizations including the American Civil Liberties Union will hold a rally on October 4 at 12:30 p.m. in D.C. to demand senators oppose the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.

This is a rare move for the ACLU. We cannot remain silent under these extraordinary circumstances about a lifetime appointment to the highest court of the land.

We’re marching from Brett Kavanaugh’s current courthouse, the U.S. Court of Appeals in DC, to the Supreme Court, where he hopes to ascend. Help us do everything we can to make sure he doesn’t get there.

Sincerely,

ACLU of Maryland
