We NEED the Clean Energy Jobs Act. Please show up for the environment 2/18 at 4pm.
The Clean Energy Jobs Act is one of Maryland’s answers to combating climate change. It would commit us to 50% renewable power by 2030 and create a just and equitable pathway to 100% clean, renewable electricity by 2040. It would also invest millions of dollars in workforce development and make sure to keep electricity bills low.
We cannot delay. This bill must be signed into law in 2019. It’s time to hold our legislators to their promises and talk to them at their offices. Join us on February 18th to send a message to Governor Hogan and our legislators: We need action on climate change now!
