We are taking action to demand:

THAT WOODSIDE GARDENS RESIDENTS GET A FAIR DEAL

as residents have been organizing with ACT to stand up to poor management and maintenance practices in their apartment community.

SIGNING ON TO “DO NOT STAND IDLY BY” GUN VIOLENCE REDUCTION PROGRAM

 a national campaign of Metro IAF that pressures manufacturers and gun dealers 

to identify “bad apple” dealers, and increase local transparency in reporting weapons used in a crime. Learn more here.

A FAIR HOUSING LAW

so no one is discriminated against when they look for a place to live, 

including based on their source of income.

WORKFORCE HOUSING

so people who work in our county can afford live in our county.

SMART GROWTH ZONING REGULATIONS 

that emphasize sustainable housing with greater density around transportation hubs and near jobs.

AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST

to give new homeowners with limited income a leg up to get started in the property market
