Former Anne Arundel County state’s attorney Wes Adams will be at the top of the 2020 primary ballot for a Anne Arundel circuit court judge position, for a term of 15 years. He is trying to dislodge one of the four vetted and governor-appointed judges, who have the endorsement of every democratic and republican official in Anne Arundel county.
