Voter Registration

While national politics get a lot of attention, we know there are important issues to be addressed here in our local communities.  That’s why this year’s local elections are so critical.  Whether it’s helping with voter registration drives, volunteering for a candidate, or being an informed resource for neighbors and friends, there is something everyone can do! The time to ACT is NOW.

October 1 at 7 p.m. – WISE General Meeting, St Martins Church in Severna Park

October 4 at 7.30 p.m. – Townhall with Dawn Myers and Amanda Fiedler sponsored by Broadneck Community Association (Cape St Clair Clubhouse).

October 11 at 7 p.m. –  D33 Legislative Candidates Forum sponsored by the League of Women Voters at Woods Memorial Church – Severna Park (Zimmerman Hall)

October 16 at 9p.m. – Deadline to register to vote online

October 18 at 7pmCounty Executive Debate hosted by The Capital Gazette at Maryland Hall

October 25 – November 1 Register to vote in person during early voting

October 30 – Deadline to request an absentee ballot ONLINE

November 2 – Deadline to request an absentee ballot by MAIL

**Don’t forget those absentee ballots for young adults away at COLLEGE!**
